1. Insurance

In addition to labor insurance and health insurance as required by law, we also purchases "employer's compensation liability insurance and group injury insurance" for all employees as well as "group overseas business travel safety insurance" for colleagues on business trips so that our employees are all well protected.

2. Benefit

According to the labor health protection rules, we regularly conduct medical examinations for employees every year. When new employees stay a certain period, the cost of the medical examinations will be subsidized.
  • We provide summer and winter company uniforms every year so employees don't have to worry about what to wear to work.
  • The company has a staff cafeteria, which provides free lunch and dinner for all employees every day.
  • In order to create a friendly workplace environment, and in accordance with the Gender Work Equality Act, we provide a comfortable place for the employees having a child who is under 2 years old and needs to be breast-fed by the employee. In addition to the prescribed rest time, the time for breastfeeding is 60 minutes; and if the employee has extended working hours beyond the normal working hours for more than one hour each day, we also give extra time for breastfeeding (collection) of 30 minutes.
  • In addition to the gift benefits for marriage, funeral ceremony and the completion of the new house, when employees or their children or siblings being booking or married, the employees may apply for festive leave without affecting their performance evaluation.

  • 3. Employee Welfare Committee

    We have established an employee welfare committee in accordance with the law. The welfare subsidy items are as follows:

    1. Gifts for weddings, funerals, birthday gifts, maternity gifts, hospital condolences, three festival gifts or gift certificates (Spring Festival, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival).
    2. Promote special stores, employee association subsidies, irregular cultural and recreational activities (badminton competition, bowling competition...etc.), and organize annual employee travel activities.
