In addition to labor insurance and health insurance as required by law, we also purchases "employer's compensation liability insurance and group injury insurance" for all employees as well as "group overseas business travel safety insurance" for colleagues on business trips to have our employees well protected.

  1. According to the labor health protection rules, the company regularly conducts medical examinations for employees every year. When the probation period for new employees expires, the cost of the medical examinations at the time of registration will be subsidized.

Occupational Safty and Health

We have established the "Labor Safety and Hygiene Automatic Inspection Schedule", which is excuted under the supervision of General Manager. Various inspection reports are inspected by the industrial safety personnel, and the inspection and improvement items and specific improvement conditions are recorded, and the safety and health committee is held every quarter.

Social Engagement

The company donates irregularly to social welfare groups such as the Home Support Center. The achievements of the 2019 donation to government agencies and public welfare groups include:

  1. Donated to charitable organizations such as Changhua Family Support Development Academy, Taichung Development Academy, Dali Non-profit Kindergarten, etc., a total of 142 sets of baby mattresses.
  2. In addition, Yao I and its subsidiaries also actively participate in various public welfare activities in the community, such as community cleaning services, response to blood donation and other public welfare activities.
  3. Donated to Xi Lok Nursing Home. The donation items include 97 sets of baby mattresses, thin cushions, cushions, pillows and other physical objects.

  5. To support the Taiwan Guide Dog Association, our company officially became a long-term sponsor of the association in 2017. In 2010, we provided 70 sets of pet pressure relief sleeping pads of various sizes to assist the Taiwan Guide Dog Association to provide a better living environment for guide dogs.
