Monofilament

Yao I has extensive experience in extruding monofilament for more than four decades. We manufacture various kinds of monofilament, including nylon6, nylon66, polyester, polypropylene, TPEE…etc. The diameter ranged from 0.08mm to 5.00mm. Product applications include magic tape, conveyer, knitting ribbons, fishing line, tennis/badminton strings, fishing nets, etc. Our customers have relied on our development, design and manufacturing abilities for more than fourty years.

Monofilament introduction:
●Nylon 66 monofilament：
Good hardness, acidproof, alkali resistance, better abrasion, longer life-span, product application in magic tape.
●Nylon 6 monofilament：
Great transparency and easy to processing, product application in knitting ribbons, fishing nets, etc.
●PET monofilament：
Good hardness, dimensional stability, heat resistance, anti-aging, product application in conveyer, knitting ribbons, magic tape, agricultural monofilament , net for papermaking, etc.
●TPEE monofilament：
better elasticity, heat resistance, weathering, product application in plastic mesh fabric and the other fabrics.
